Why re-branding from BabyTang汤 to The Soup Boys?

As our passion for this industry continues to grow, we’ve decided to move into an SFA-licensed kitchen to bring even better quality products to everyone. We believe health is priceless, and what goes into our food truly matters. Our mission has always been offering clean, honest and wholesome food for every family.

Product Enquiry

1. Do our products contain any artificial flavoring, salt or sugar?
Our broth does not contain artificial flavoring, no added salt, sugar, MSG, or preservative.
For meals, minimal salt is added for flavor boost and there is no artificial flavoring, table sugar, MSG or preservatives.

2. Who should enjoy our broths and meals?
Our broths and meals are suitable for all ages. We recommend seven (7) months onward for broths and ten (10) months onward for meals.

3. What are the different ways to consume the broth?
Our broth and meals can be enjoyed as is or customized to taste by adding water or other ingredients.

4. Is our broth suitable for vegan?
Our vegetable broth is vegan, and 100% plant based.

5. What is the recommended storage period?
For the best taste and quality, our broth is best enjoyed within six (6) months of production, while our meals are best consumed within three (3) months.

6. Why is the broth’s shelf life extended from previously two (2) to six (6) months?
The shelf life of our broth is extended primarily through the use preservation technology (blast freezer), stringent food safety practices and packaging method.

7. When shall the broth be consumed after it has been thawed?
Once thawed, the broth should be kept refrigerated and is best enjoyed within 48 hours for optimal freshness and quality.

8. Are our products Halal-Certified?
No, we are not.

9. Do our products contains beef?
We do have Beef broth and Bouncy bakso (beef balls) meal.

10. Are there any known allergens?
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including eggs and fish. Please refer to the ingredients list on each product for details.

Order Enquiry

1. When will I receive my order upon confirmation?
We’ll deliver your order on the date you select, within our delivery window of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For weekday deliveries, please note that timing may be affected by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, which could cause slight delays. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend choosing a date that’s most convenient for you, so your order arrives when it’s easiest for you to receive it. Our goal is to make your delivery as timely and stress-free as possible.

2. Can I do self-collection for the broths and meals?
Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order at 5 Kaki Bukit Crescent, Level 1 Singapore 416238. Just select the date and timeslot that’s most convenient for you, and we’ll have your order ready and waiting

3. Would I be able to cancel or edit my orders?
We truly appreciate your understanding that, for safety and quality reasons, all items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Delivery Enquiry

1. What are the applicable delivery charges?
Minimum orders of $100 and above entitled to free delivery and applicable delivery fee of $12 for orders below $100 to cover transportation costs. Delivery is currently only available in Singapore (Islandwide except Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Tuas and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore. For these locations, additional charges of $12 will be applicable on top of the usual delivery charges).

For urgent delivery request, there is an additional charge of $12. For urgent self collection request, there is an additional charge of $6. Do note that the minimum spend for free delivery still applies.

2. Can I request for re-delivery if there is no one at home?
When selecting your delivery date, please ensure someone is home to receive your order, as our broth is delivered frozen and should be stored in the freezer immediately. If no one is available, we can leave it at your doorstep with your confirmation. Please note, to maintain freshness and quality, the broth should not stay at room temperature for more than 30 minutes.

In the event if there is a request for re-delivery, there will be an additional charge of $12 for the next delivery.
